In deze magische en veilige bedding nodigen we je uit om je eigen stem te laten horen.

We beginnen in meditatie om vanuit de verbinding met jezelf prachtige klanken te laten ontstaan. Je ontvangt deze avond een warme sfeer, een veilige bedding en (muzikale) begeleiding om je stem helemaal te openen. We maken vooral intuïtieve klanken en zingen soms ook mantra’s en prachtige liederen. De setting van de bijeenkomst nodigt je uit om jouw stem te bevrijden en mee te doen. Je kan ook gewoon komen genieten van de muziek en de klanken.

Door de trillingen van de klanken voel je hoe je lichaam tot leven komt, wat leidt tot een diepe staat van rust en sereniteit. Dit bevordert de doorstroming in zowel je lichaam als geest, waardoor je jezelf ontlaad en weer oplaad.

Wanneer je de vrijheid ontdekt in het uitten van de stem, merk je dat dit een uitwerking heeft naar andere gebieden van je leven.

We start in meditation to create beautiful sounds from connecting with yourself. This evening you will receive a warm atmosphere, a safe environment and (musical) guidance to fully open your voice. By making intuitive sounds, singing mantras and beautiful songs. The setting of the meeting invites you to free your voice and participate. You can also just come and enjoy the music and the sounds.

Through the vibrations of the sounds you feel how your body comes to life, leading to a deep state of peace and serenity. This promotes flow in both your body and mind, allowing you to discharge and recharge.
